God, I hate Calgary weather. >> Worst thing evar.

Yeah, as you probably guessed, I'm not at band camp. I know I sounded like I totally didn't want to go, but I do, and I'm so mad. The weather is fine around the city, and around the camp, but in between, there's a blizzard! The roads are fucking closed, and we can't go! >> God. And now, it's been postponed to May. The third week. Meaning, I'll be getting back Friday, and then I'll have maybe two hours to get ready for the first night of Otafest! HOW COULD THEY HAVE SUCH HORRIBLE TIMING, GODDAMMIT?!

Also, the point of the band going to camp these three days was because there's a music festival at the end of February, which we're going to be in, and.. well, it's more of a contest than a festival. And we have a whole new song and a half to learn. Which we totally won't, because my school is run by a bunch of assholes.

And to make matters worse, one of my best friends decided it would be fun to count how many pen lines it takes to actually open the skin on her arm. Yeah, she's gone emo.. because she plans to join a professional orchestra, and now her life is ruined because band (camp, too) is one of the requirements, as is doing very, very well in that festival.

ARGHHHHHH. DDD: I don't want to have a friend competing against Sasuke for title of ultimate emo! D: And I also don't want to barely have time to prepare for Otafest. D:

I'm at my dad's work now, because he had to pick me up and take my stuff home so I wouldn't have to take it on the bus. It probably wouldn't have fit, nor would I have been able to carry it. xD So like, no instant messengers for at least an hour. He's in a big meeting now.

I'm going to band camp this week. We'll be leaving Wednesday morning and coming back before school ends Friday. And you know, I love band. I'll probably be one of the few people who really won't mind playing for about eight hours straight every day.. that seriously sounds super-fun. But you know what scares me?

I'M GOING TO BE GOING TWO AND A HALF DAYS WITHOUT A COMPUTER. WTH.

I'm going to die out there! DD: I can hardly go a day without my computer, let alone almost three! Dx And I don't think I'll be able to bring my DS or PSP, either. Or at least not battery chargers. ><
